Vanja Čelebičić

Vanja Čelebičić is a filmmaker and a PhD candidate at the department of Social Anthropology at the University of Manchester. She holds an MA degree in Visual Anthropology from the University of Manchester. Her research interests include visual anthropology, people’s experiences of place and (re)makings of home through the creation of new and the elimination of old borders, and gendered and generational engagements with time and experiences of geographical and social ‘entrapments’, ‘waiting’, apathy and hope.
